Holly-Hunter
Holly Hunter, an American actor and producer, is known for her acclaimed performance in films such as Broadcast News The Firm The Piano The Incredibles. She won several awards including an Oscar for her role in the film Piano. She started her career acting as an actress both on Broadway as well as Off Broadway. The actress is a lover of acting from the time she was in school. Her debut role in a production in fifth grade was in Helen Keller. When she was in the fifth grade due to mumps, she lost her hearing in the left ear. But she didn't let that stop her. As a teenager, Hunter studied drama and then moved to New York City. She ran into Beth Henley in an elevator and they worked together in Broadway Crimes of the Heart the first movie Hunter made. Her first film role came following her move from Los Angeles. Holly Hunter has been in a number of films, TV series and movies over the course of a 30 year career. Holly Hunter has a Hollywood Walk of Fame actress and was awarded the Women in Film Lucy Award.
